Welcome to my website. You’re probably here because you’ve heard me speak on fundraising, marketing or management or you are curious about my book The Porcupine Principle. Either that or you’ve confused me with the Jonathan Farnhill who is Pig Production Director for BOCM Pauls.

My ‘day job’ is being the Chief Executive of Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education. I am leading the charity through a process of significant change, as it broadens its activities to support more deaf people throughout the south west of England whilst also strengthening and expanding its day and residential school and college for deaf students. I was the Regional Chair of the Institute of Fundraising in the south west of England between 2002 and the autumn of 2006.
